What we collect
When you contact us or request a call, we collect the details you choose to share, including your name, email, contact details and project brief. Call requests also include your preferred date, time and timezone.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, and discuss or deliver the services you request. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and services
Enquiries are stored in our managed database. Our hosting, authentication and email providers process information needed to run the website and reply to you. Client and administrator login uses Firebase Authentication. Public contact forms do not require an account.
Accounts, updates and recruitment
Client accounts link enquiries and project conversations to your verified email. Newsletter subscriptions store your email and consent; use the unsubscribe link or contact us to stop updates. Job applications store your submitted details and CV or portfolio link for recruitment review.
Agency chat and AI assistance
With your consent, we store your name, phone number and conversation so our team can follow up. AI replies use Google Gemini: chat text is sent to Google, while the contact fields are kept in our database. Google may use free-tier API content to improve its products. Do not share sensitive information in chat. AI responses may be inaccurate and do not confirm bookings or contracts. You may contact us directly instead and request deletion of saved conversations.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you have shared by emailing hello@srizonx.com. We may retain information needed to fulfil an active contract or legal obligation.
External content
Portfolio images, external links and the optional office map may connect to third-party services with their own privacy policies. Optional Google and Meta analytics or advertising tags load only after you accept measurement cookies. You may decline or change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. We do not send contact-form fields or chat transcripts as analytics events.
