A submitted brief or booking request does not create a service contract or confirm a meeting time. Scope, fees, payment terms, timeline and intellectual property rights are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Website text, branding and project materials are owned by their respective owners. Portfolio presentation does not transfer any ownership or permission to reuse a client’s materials.
